Three Thistles is a non-smoking inn; smoking in the garden only, please.

Sorry, no pets. 

A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation Policy for the B & B:
(1) Should you cancel your reservation prior to three days of your arrival date, there will be no charge.
(2) A one night rental rate may be charged should you cancel your reservation within three days (72 hours) of your arrival date.
(3) If the room(s) can be rented, your deposit will be refunded.
(4) If you need to change your plans, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy for the Loft Apartment:
(1) For bookings of three days or more, there will be a charge if cancelled one month or less before the arrival time.
(2) Cancellation one month to one week prior to arrival, a 50% charge may be applied.
(3) Cancellation less than one week prior to rental, full rate may be applied.
(4) If the apartment can be rented, your deposit will be returned.
